I stayed for three nights. the gym was definitely a positive. It had modern equipment. the grounds are lovely and well maintained. breakfast was superb with many options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.

the tortoises roaming the grounds were amazing i could order half portions at breakfast the staff were very friendly and helpful i plan to return next year the gardens are a big draw for me. i also found the gym well-equipped. the breakfast choice was vast. the rooms were comfortable with everything i needed. i really enjoyed the turtles too.
i did not receive responses to pre-trip email requests about distilled water for my machine a five liter bottle was on my last night i was charged for it it should be more proactive.

i could order from the menu at breakfast half portions were no trouble the baked goods were delicious i especially loved the little donuts with milk tart filling you cannot find these anywhere else.

the room faced a garden courtyard it was well designed and clean the room was quiet with blackout curtains i enjoyed the mountain facing room i always request this room every time.

the staff are very friendly and always cute the staff were happy to allow me to use the facilities for the day after i checked out all of the employees excelled at their position.

the location is safe the hotel is attached to beautiful gardens i felt very secure walking around the area i enjoyed the tranquility and external spaces this hotel offers its guests.

the location is good. the suite was spacious. breakfast had everything i wanted, even fresh fruit that was abundant. the room had a private decking area.
our room was in the oldest part of the place and faced the mountain. the room seemed old and a little dark. there was no balcony and it was noisy. the shower did flood the bathroom and the air conditioning was not effective.
